Islam, like many other religions, addresses various aspects of human life, including mental health. It's important to note that interpretations and practices within Islam can vary, and individuals may have different perspectives on the relationship between Islam and mental health.   1. Holistic Approach: Islam encourages a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual health. The Quran and Hadith (sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad) contain teachings on maintaining a balance in life, avoiding excess, and taking care of one's body and mind.

  2. Prayer and Meditation: Regular prayers (Salah) in Islam involve physical movements, recitation of Quranic verses, and moments of reflection. This practice can provide a sense of peace, mindfulness, and a break from the stresses of daily life. Additionally, the act of supplication (Dua) is encouraged, allowing individuals to express their concerns and seek help from Allah.

The Quran mentions, "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient" (Quran 2:155).
